I think the hand is too strong for a jump to 4♠️. I would value the hand as 13 support points (8 HCP + 3 for singleton heart + 1 for spade length + 1 for secondary 4-card suit). Having the master suit is also a plus.
Hello Charles! Very rarely you will make 5 or 6 Spades. You don’t have slam try with this hand when partner makes simple overcall. It is more important to take the room from the opponents, they could have a good sacrifice against your game.

3 Sp is underbid. You can make a game when partner is a very weak, but with a length in hearts, or shortness in clubs. Sometimes 4sp will be a good sacrifice against 4he. Just bid a game. Most of the time is a good strategy with a five-card support
